Originally built for the 1992 Summer Olympics, this 44-story hotel renovated its nearly 500 rooms with chic modular furnishings in dark woods and silvery shades. In addition to its beachfront location, the hotel has a giant Frank Gehry fish sculpture, a luxe spa and an aqua-tinged restaurant by the chef Sergi Arola.
